Meetings & Event Coordination

We specialize in coordinating business meetings of all types and sizes, for professionals in any industry.  Ms. Heriman has nearly 10 years of event coordination experience. Using her excellent organizational skills, connections and pleasant persistence, she can help you put on great meetings whether they are virtual or face-to-face. 

  • Virtual Meetings (Multi-Platform) 

    • Includes distributing invites, set-up, conducting the meeting and troubleshooting. Recording and notes available​

  • Face-to-face Meetings 

    • Business meetings in an office/educational setting   (Tier 1) 

    • Mixers, networking events, luncheons etc. (Tier 2)

    • Conferences (Tier 3) ​

Tier 1 meetings include:​

  • Invitation creation and distribution

  • Managing registration and attendee tracking 

  • Assistance with formatting electronic presentation materials for uniformity 


Tier 2  meetings include:

  • All Tier 1 services plus

  • RFP Process

  • Working directly with venue to ensure appropriate layout, a/v set-up, menu choices, etc. 

  • Presentation materials – editing PowerPoints for uniformity, having programs, brochures, or other marketing materials. printed for the event​


Tier 3 meetings include:​

  • All Tier 1 & 2 services plus

  • Working with speaker(s) – issuing a contract for speaking, assistance with booking flights, hotels, transport, etc. 

  • Follow-up with attendees and/or speakers after conference 

  • Maintaining contact list for future events 


Additional add-on services available for any meetings:

  • Email campaign - for invitation to event, follow-ups after event,  


  • On-site coordinator, registration table etc. 

  • Other related services available upon request 

Monthly or Quarterly Prices per Meeting:

Virtual meetings - $100.00 

Tier 1 meetings - $200.00

Tier 2 meetings - $300.00

Tier 3 meetings - $500.00 and up depending on complexity
